• If you order 10 or more pieces, a packing video will be automatically included.

• If your order includes other items that require a video, they may be filmed together.

• Orders with fewer than 10 pieces won’t have a separate video.

📏 Size Info

• Rings: US size 5–10, with some half sizes and adjustable styles available.

• Bracelets:  usually ~16+3cm. If you need a longer size for your wrist, just leave a note!

• Necklaces: Most are ~40+5cm.

If you have specific ring sizes or wrist measurements, feel free to leave a note — especially if you need a different bracelet length.

🌸 Material & Colors

• Material: Genuine sterling silver (S925).

• Pearls: Usually high-quality glass crystal pearls. (Natural pearls are rare, clearly labeled, and require extra care.)

• Color: Default is platinum‑plated sterling silver (white‑gold tone) for better color retention, or plain sterling silver. Prefer gold‑plated? Just leave a note!

For returning customers who want to avoid duplicates:

• Orders placed after May 28, 2025 (order #9340 and onward) are tracked automatically to prevent duplicates.

• For orders before May 28, 2025 (before order #9340) without packing videos, please email me a group photo of your received items at [email protected] —I’ll log them to help avoid repeats in future orders 💖
